Vancouver Football Club – Grady McDonnell Signed Jersey Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to individuals who purchase a 2025 Vancouver Football Club Season Membership between January 31, 2025, and February 7, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- Purchasers must be legal residents of Canada and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers, and directors of Vancouver Football Club, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry:
- Each purchase of a Vancouver Football Club 2025 Season Membership during the Promotion Period qualifies as one (1) entry into the giveaway.
- Only fully completed and paid membership purchases are eligible. Cancelled or refunded purchases will be disqualified.
3. Prize:
- One (1) Grady McDonnell signed jersey.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
4. Winner Selection & Notification:
- The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by Vancouver Football Club on or around February 9, 2025.
- The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided at the time of purchase. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
- The winner may be required to answer a skill-testing question in accordance with Canadian contest laws.
5. Prize Delivery:
- The prize will be available for pickup at a designated Vancouver Football Club location or may be shipped at the club’s discretion.
- Vancouver Football Club is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
6. General Conditions:
- Vancouver Football Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control.
- By participating, entrants agree to allow Vancouver Football Club to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Vancouver Football Club is not responsible for any technical errors, miscommunications, or other issues that may affect entry eligibility.
7. Privacy:
- Any personal information collected will be used solely by Vancouver Football Club and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

- The giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian laws.
